Welcome to Transitions Reintegration Services Inc.

Transitions Reintegration Services serves individuals who have sustained injuries from a motor vehicle accident. Common conditions our therapists treat include Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, chronic pain, and other complex injuries. We provide our services in a variety of settings including home and community-based locations. By offering services in these locations, we are able to integrate therapy in real-world situations. Our therapists travel throughout the state of Michigan in order to provide therapy in our clients’ homes and communities. Major cities we travel to include Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Traverse City, Lansing, Detroit, Ann Arbor, Saginaw, and everywhere in between!

Our programs are focused on work and community reintegration in order to help individuals increase independence and overall quality of life.
