Transitions Reintegration Services Inc. was established in 2020 with a vision to provide therapy services that aide in the care and recovery of individuals who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents.
Owner, Jaclyn Yared, established Transitions Reintegration Services and brings with her over a decade’s worth of experience assisting those working to rehabilitate and reintegrate into society, following injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents. She started her career as a Vocational Specialist and holds Certified Brain Injury Specialist, Certified Employment Specialist and Certified Professional Career Coach credentials. Jaclyn established her business by providing Vocational Therapy services and, since, has expanded the company to also provide Occupational Therapy, Recreational Therapy and Aquatics Therapy.
Who We Serve
Transitions Reintegration Services Inc. serves children, adolescents, and adults who have sustained injuries in a motor vehicle accident. Common conditions of the individuals we serve include Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, chronic pain and other physical injuries. We provide Vocational, Occupational, Recreational, and Aquatic Therapy services throughout the state of Michigan in the individuals’ home and community settings.

Our leadership team and therapists aim to focus on the physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being of all the individuals we serve.
